They requried 100 RMB (about $12) cash deposit (?) beside the credit card. I still don't know why.

Noisy water was running through the pipes all the time, which made it hard to sleep. There were flies in the room. Furniture was broken. There was a desk but no chair. WiFi barely worked.

When we arrived nobody could speak English !

The shower in the bathroom was very hard to control and sometimes provided only scalding hot water or very cold water.

The airflow from the airco is really smelly ! it smells like in a toilet!

The staff spoke English with me and were efficient. The Internet was free and stable.

There were bugs in the room, dirty walls, mildew in the bathroom, a super hard and lumpy mattress, and everything seemed to be for sale. This was an uncomfortable place to sleep, and was a terrible value for the money. They charged a 100 RMB deposit when I checked in, payable in cash, which was refunded when I checked out. I had booked a king-size room, but the bed was barely two twins stuck together, with little space to walk around. It looks like it is close to the train station on the map, but you have to go about 5 km out of the way in order to get to it due to the traffic. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere! I've had more comfort and cleanliness from hostels costing 10% of this hotel.

the staff dont speak a lot English

very old, didn't look very clean. lots of insects, like flies and ants, even suspect there were bed bugs. in a nutshell i wasn't comfortable staying in this hotel and wouldn't recommend it. the pictures of the hotel didn't reflect the room we got at all.

The facilities of the hotel is not as the same as Super 8 in North America. Room is smaller and bed is not comfortable, and the worst is it is not as clean as i expect in any super 8 in Canada or America.

Although the staff barely spoke English, they went out of their way to help us out. We lost our camera and one of the staff members lent us her camera until we were able to get our own. They will also coordinate tour guided trips for you.

The location is a little difficult to find because cars cannot drive down the alley way where it's located.

The rooms are big. The location its not great but considering beijing I guess its ok. The subway is 400mts away, there are supermarkets and its pretty close from the main attractions.

First of all, do not think of this hotel as the Super 8 in usa because they are nothing like them. The rooms looks old and not very clean. The bathrooms were really bad. Apart from internet there was not any other extra service. After 3 days we got used to it, but first we were expecting something else.

The price was reasonable. It's just a basic hotel to bed down for the night.

The bed was clean, the ac was working and there was warm water in the shower. The workers could't speak English well but they were helpful and took their time to understand when I needed for example using the google.translate etc. The metro station Dongsi was very close, which was handy. Places like "forbidden city" are very close too.

Except the bed the hotel was very dirty. Don't expect the the pictures on Booked.net, they are misleading. There was this awful smell coming from the toilet ventilation or something. The hotel was noisy in the nights. One night drunken tourists had fight in the corridor and scared hell out of me. There was no breakfast to my suprise but there is very nice patissery called "85" on the way to the metro station Dongsi. I had very short time and had to attend to a conference, otherwise I would definitely change my hotel. Think twice before booking I would say.
